This gloriously peaceful location grants visitors the freedom to walk, fish on the loch (pictured – a rowing boat is available free of charge), and even watch the working sheepdogs. Drumnadrochit (3 miles) offers shops, pubs and restaurants, a riding school (with facilities for the disabled) and boat trips on Loch Ness, whilst the many delights of Inverness are just 17 miles away.

Reviews
The cottage was spotlessly clean and surprisingly large. The view from the kitchen window was amazing (you can see Loch Ness in the distance). We had a wonderful day's fishing on our own private loch. The surrounding countryside is beautiful, and to top it all we saw Dolphins jumping out of the sea at the Moray Firth! Highly recommended.

It's a great location in a truly peaceful, picturesque setting. We managed to find some mushrooms on our trip, which were delicious. Sadly we didn't catch any fish, but we did have a blast trying to in the private loch, and going out in the boat. To top it off, the weather was absolutely stunning! A great experience.
